FIT WEATHER #1: •5:30am: This week is looking great with the sun rising just before we start training. If you slip out of bed early enough, you can see the sun rise over beautiful Bribie Island. •9:30am: If you're looking to pick up some colour, this session is a perfect temp, keeping you steamy whilst you shed those calories. •4:30/5:30pm: If you're not a big fan of the heat, our afternoon sessions are cooling down with the sun setting @ 5:47pm. Aren't we glad SPRING is here!
