Valentine's Day is on Sunday. You're probably thinking what does a lawyer have to say about Valentines Day. It's simple, a true sign of love is having a properly drafted Will that will stand up after your death. Linking death and Valentine's Day may have an element of 'cringe' to it but think about it. If you die without a Will, the financial mess you leave behind for your loved ones to sort out can be horrendous. Just remember, this will be at a times of great loss and grief for your loved ones. Show your love to those you love and make sure you have a Will and that it works.
