Local 24-hour health and fitness centre, offering classes and friendly service. Bodycare is a 24-hour health and fitness facility, offering friendly local service to its customers. Exercise in a friendly and social environment, in our comprehensive range of cardio, weights and circuit equipment. Circuit, Spin and Powerbar classes are also offered and included in any membership. Come and try our challenging Functional Training classes with a Level 1 Crossfit trainer. Sessions with personal trainers are also available on request, as is squash court hire. Boxing for Fitness classes are also offered externally.
