Description
We look after select dogs in our home who are kid and dog friendly. We have 5 dogs of our own, ranging from small, elderly dogs to a young Great Dane and English Pointer. Dogs staying with us receive specialised care. We rely on word of mouth referrals. As well as boarding at our place in Southern River, we now dog sitting in our carer's homes who are supported by us and police cleared, live in pet/house sitting and dog walking/visits. DAY CARE! We have some good news! It seems that February and March are relatively quiet months for people wanting to head off on holidays, so we have some availability. Because of this we thought it might be a good opportunity to offer a few additional, short term, day care days over coming weeks. It'll be a good opportunity for you to see how your dog might fit into our environment for the next time you're planning a longer getaway, plus we'll help them burn some energy during the day whilst you're at work. The same criteria applies for boarding dogs as it does to day care dogs - guests must be very dog social, sterilised and vaccinated. So, if you'd like to book a day or two over the next few weeks, send us a private message! Our daily day care rate is $35 and drop off is between 7:30am-9:00am, with pick up between 4pm-6pm and we're located in Southern River.
We welcomed Zeeby and Minty the Collies today, and they're fitting in with the existing mob beautifully!
Hope everyone enjoyed their long weekend, now to find the energy for the new week! These guys don't seem to have any trouble finding energy anytime, except maybe Bernie the chocolate lab who prefers to eat grass than run around ;)

Time for a summer getaway? We have a few vacancies in February and March (including the Labor Day weekend, but this is filling fast) for very well socialised hounds to stay with us. We are cage-free and our guests sleep inside with us. Our aim is to reduce your stress and your pet's stress whilst you are apart by treating them as part of our family.
