Ascot is the exciting redevelopment of Pakenham racecourse land to establish a mix of residential, retail, recreation and community use assets.  HOUSE RULES:

Ascot has created a Facebook page for its community to share estate news, local events and happenings, in addition to beautiful images of Ascot.

As administrators of the Ascot page, we are here to help and will respond to all questions and comments as soon as we can.

What we ask from you is to simply keep conversations enjoyable and helpful for our community. Facebook is an incredibly fun and social platform, however we do ask you follow these rules:

-   Any posts, comments, pictures or videos that break these rules will be deleted. An-ybody repeatedly and deliberately breaking these rules may be banned.

-   Language must be appropriate for all groups and ages. If your language is consid-ered to be obscene, indecent, profane, vulgar, contain threats or personal attacks, derogatory to any ethnic and racial groups, defamatory, libellous or contain ad-hominem attacks, Ascot will delete that post without exception.

-   Ascot’s Facebook page must not be used as a commercial platform. As such, we ask that you also do not post any comments / posts that promote or endorse a product or service, or are excessively repetitive or constitute spam.

We have our own community managers in place to do their absolute best to ensure this policy is adhered to fairly and consistently at all times.


Should you need to report any abuse, spam, fake profiles, please refer to Facebook’s own guidance on this.

Any individual comments can be also reported as abuse or spam by simply hovering on the comment, to click the cross sign to be found in the upper-right corner. You will be pre-sented with a number of options from there.

Don't forget that our free community park launch event is on tomorrow from 12pm - 3pm! There will be food from Mr Burger and Babaji's Kitchen, coffee, a barbecue, petting zoo, jumping castle, face painter, balloon artist and more and all for free! Located on the corner of Henry Street and Ascot Park Drive, the event will also include a special visit from Santa for Christmas. Be sure to come down with your family and friends!

Our Christmas park launch event is just two weeks away and we can’t wait to celebrate a great year at Ascot with you all. Be sure to come down to the corner of Henry Street and Ascot Park Drive from 12pm – 3pm on Saturday the 10th of December to enjoy a range of free activities including delicious food from Babaji’s Kitchen and the Mr Burger food truck.

With free food trucks, coffee, a barbecue, petting zoo, jumping castle, face painter, balloon artist and more, it is sure to be a fun day out for the whole family.
