Cake decorating for your all occasions. Hi there and welcome to Dettie's Cakes.
I made my first cake for my son in 2011 and fell in love with the idea.
I really enjoy the challenge of doing ones that are a little different.
As an artist, I have always appreciated all the different ways a talent can be used and this is just another one.
I have done quite a few courses and have enjoyed every minute.
I have learnt some very important techniques that have helped me go from a beginner to now putting together amazing cakes.
There are so many different ideas and themes that can be done and I enjoy every different one I get to do.
I am very proud of the quality of my work, and every customer has been overwhelmed with their cake.
I also take great pride in the recipes I use for my cakes, they are all made from scratch with that home cooked taste.
My mud cake that I use for many of my cakes has been classed as one of the very best out there ;)
Having learnt from great teachers has given me the edge on many of the "cheap" cake decorators out there and I am very reasonably priced.

Thank you everyone for the interest in my new idea 😁 I'm sorry l haven't got to you all yet, l had a terrible family emergency last night. I will send through the details to everyone interested over the next couple of days and once l receive the acceptance of the idea, l will pick someone randomly.
