I’m Hannah Miles, a Health and Healing Coach who’s been inspired by my own life experiences to empower you to take back your health, learn how to heal yourself and be the best and healthiest you can be. I'm a qualified Nutritionist and Theta Healer and Mindset Coach.

My belief is our bodies comprise of what we eat as fuel and that changes each and every cell, but that nutrition is just one key to good health. It’s only after we learn to find the ideal balance of mind, body, food, spirituality, career, joy, family, good sleep and environment that we can find true wellbeing.

My family’s journey to health began 6 years ago following the birth of my amazing boys - my eldest had High Functioning Autism and my youngest had a Developmental Delay of 18 months. I'm also recovered from a host of Autoimmune Diseases and Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia and inspiring my husband to be fit and healthy vegan.

Our healing has been through a combination of using the Gaps Diet, a Paleolific lifestyle then progressing on to a 80 10 10 and a raw and super foods way of eating high in fruits and complex carbohydrates that we Bio-individualy tailored to our bodies. Then Bio Medical Doctors, Naturopaths, Homeopathy, Theta Healing, Meditaion and Mickel Therapy.


The positive impact of the changes our family has made to our nutrition and wellbeing has been enormous. Both of my sons are exceeding expectations in terms of their development – socially, emotionally, spirtualy and physically and had their diagnoses removed, and we attribute this outcome to easing toxic stress and chemicals within their bodies, removing parasites, yeasts and supporting them with mediation and spiritual living. Which has given them emotional space to embrace early interventions and new experiences.

And now I aim to help others embark on their own journey. I believe it is my path to support mothers and individuals in healing them selves and their families by assisting them to explore nutrition and lifestyle choices. Whilst giving them tools to sail through life no matter what it throws at them.

But especially, I want to support the mothers who are the guiding, protective force in their family because it’s my firm belief that before the family can heal – the mother needs feel that she’s supported, empowered and has access to the knowledge she needs to best care for her family.

My boys are doing swimming lessons each day this week. Which means extra activity for there muscles and there brain is being fired as they learn a new skill. This burns through there magnesium, potassium and B vitamins at a rapid rate. So this has been there after swimming snack. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 Coz lettuce with tahini spread over it then finely chopped celery, cucumber and one of @byronbaybananaman 's organic, sweet little bananas with chopped dates on top! And a green juice of celery, cucumber, coriander and barely grass to help pull out toxins too. 🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒🥒 High in protein, glucose, carbohydrates, calcium, sodium, potassium, B 6 and 12, magnesium and omega 3 fatty acids...just what there bodies need after hours of swimming and learning new skills. 🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌🍌 We also protect them from the chemicals in the pool while they learn with magnesium gel and homeopathy chlorine tablets and an outside pool so the chlorine vapours can despair. How's the voice in your head going so far this year HEALTH SEEKERS? Is it full of.... 'This year I am going to'....'This is the year too'....'This is my year'....'I will eat healthier this year!'....'Why can't I stick to this for 1 week'....'I always give up'.... That's great if it's positive motivational affirmations and words that keep you on track... but be aware of your inner voice beating yourself up in week 1 of the new year, after you haven't achieved the intentions you set upon yourself. Setting high expectations can set yourself up for dissapointment and inner turmoil. 'I will meditate for 2 hours a day' TRY 'I invite in 10 minutes a day to be still and quite' I suggest allowing your self to go with the FLOW and stop the force. Choose the easy path even if you think it will effect others, and listen to your instincts rather than the part of you that wants to get things done and achieve things fast and with pressure. I'd like to think many of you health conscious seekers have a good water filter for your drinking water. But if not this is why you should NEVER drink tap water. And getting a whole house filter is advised as your skin is your largest organ and absorbs all the toxins and chemicals in tap water when you bath and shower. P.s when you get a whole house filter you need less washing powder in you machine and it doesn't need cleaning as much as with your dishwasher...just think about that in terms of your kidneys! You are 60-70% water 💦 so only put in the best....

Ending my day with a simple fruit dinner on my favorite beach and listening mindfully to the waves. ************************ Quite the contrast to my very traumatic morning, I was not supposed to be on this road but my plans changed suddenly, and I am glad I was in the end. I witnessed the car in front of me slip on a wet corner and flipping over on to its roof. I stopped without thinking and pulled the two young girls out of the car, the passenger was stuck but with help from another driver who stopped after, we got her out too as there was petrol leaking and the engine was still running. The car was flat as a pancake, all windows smashed in. I stayed with them using all my techniques to calm them out of shock, wiping there cuts and removing glass with baby wipes and giving them dōTERRA ongaurd throats sweets for the sugar....whilst playing police cop to all the cars tearing around the bends so fast nearly crashing into my car and the crashed car... until the police arrived. Only after I left the scene did I see I was in shock too, and I got very shaky and upset. ********************************* After an hour the adrenaline started to wear off and I felt exhausted and had this nauseous feeling. This was my body switching from fight or flight to restore. When you see, hear or experience trauma your body stops all other functions. When your body kicks back in it can feel quite odd. I had an upset tummy all afternoon too which is my body trying to remove the excess hormones. So an early night and lots of balancing yin yoga and nurturing practices are needed for the next few days. I am just amazing these girls got out unharmed with just cuts and bruises...it was a horrific crash on a windy, wet mountain road.
