Here we have a Christening cake that was for my cousins beautiful daughter Estelle, a white choc mud cake with the bottom cake decorated with an ombre' of pinks in buttercream swirls, the top cake white choc mud cake covered with fondant with handmade fondant roses, blossoms, gold leaves, bow and decorative cross, Congratulations Estelle on your christening you are so blessed to have such a loving family. Today's cake was a lactose free chocolate mud cake with dairy free choc ganache for a beautiful little girl who turned 5 years old and always has a beautiful smile for everyone, the theme for today's cake was Batman/ Batgirl decorated with the night skyline of Gotham City and pink sugar crystals sprinkled all over and the Bat signal in the sky, "Happy 5th Birthday sweet girl Tiarnah" hope you had the most magical day cheers Mim xx

Third cake for last weekend was a two tiered mud cake top was a white mud and the bottom was a caramel mud, decorated with heavy machinery and Men at work, signs were handmade with small toy trucks, dozers etc choc rocks were scattered around cake and in the loaders and dump truck, "Happy 2nd Birthday Kruiz" hope you had a very magical day cheers Mim

Hi everyone, it's been a crazy and busy week. I'm getting ready to go on a cruise and I've been packing and unpacking and packing again and I'll be away until the 1st November 2016, I will try to check in every couple of days, Ok here are the cakes from last weekend, the first was a baby shower cake, a two tiered chocolate mud cake decorated with chevron pattern on the top cake and a handmade fondant bow with a handmade elephant on the top, "Congratulations Tara and all the best when your precious little baby arrives", cheers Mim
