Sifu Jackie will give you ur intro lesson free and set you up on a plan teach you how to use the equipment and a fitness plan. You will have ur own work out room and Jackie will track your plan and Change and increase exercises as you go. No need to be shy or embarrassed as it's by your self and made fun. We here at MDG know how hard it is to get everything done in a week so that's why we want to make life easier. Kids do a class and get looked after while you work out and get time for you!!!! You can structure your works outs any time your kids come you don't sit in your car or out front you come and work out in ur own time and pace. Come talk to Jackie Now...
