A nice quick sale this week, 510 Indigo, a one bed sold for $760,000 in just 7 days. We have another one bed due to exchange on Monday for well over $800k. Many agents have struggled to sell one beds lately. Mondays exchange will make 4 x one bed sales in the last 2 months for us so me must be doing something right.

We are glad to advise we had another month where 100% of our tenants were either up to date or in advance with rent payments.
