Yeah, yeah I know, exercising is hard, it hurts and it can be a chore for some. But what if I told you, you can shed body fat, have nice muscle definition, feel strong and proud of yourself AND actually have fun while doing it!?

Your right, it’s not possible, it will probably still be hard (and probably still hurt) but I promise to make it as ENTERTAINING as possible so it doesn’t feel like a chore and of course it will be totally worth it by the time summer rolls around!

Do you love running on a treadmill for hours at a time? No?? Good! Me either! I can show you how to get the most bang for your buck in 30-45mins 2-3 times a week in the gym and hopefully we can have some fun while doing it!

Did you know those that enlist the help of a personal trainer often find that they achieve much better results than those that go it alone, and often in a much shorter space of time?  

My name is Sam, and I have a PT studio set up at my home in Morayfield  so my session times are flexible.

I know choosing a Personal Trainer can be daunting, so feel free to make an appointment to  come and have a chat and  have a look around the gym.

You can them decide if you trust me with your body while we discuss your goals and how we are going to achieve them.

I'm a Personal Trainer, Thump Boxing instructor and Level two  trainer in Pregnancy and Post Natal exercises but I'm also a wife and a Mum. So I know and understand  all the hurdles!


My goal is to  excite you to exercise, motivate you to continue and inspire you to achieve your goals.

I also believe in empowering women to be Fit, Strong and active throughout pregnancy and beyond.

I undertook extra studies in Pre/Post Natal Exercises with the intention of helping other Mums and Mums to be get/stay fit  and strong throughout their pregnancy and to also be able to help them bounce back after the birth safely. I found there was a lack of  knowledge and confusion in the fitness industry in this area.

If you can't get to me I'm happy to bring the workout to you!

You can chose to train one on one with me or bring a friend or 2!

I am also happy to do group sessions!
Boxing for fitness, Weights, Pregnancy and Post Natal circuit classes.
