We are a small family owned business, producing exceptional gourmet sausages. Made in small batches, we use best quality meat, fresh vegetables and herbs.
Lockton Farm Gourmet is a small family business that produces hand made artisan sausages. We specialise in low fat, gluten free sausages and cater for many food allergies. We are passionate about taste, freshness and quality and use only the best quality ingredients, the freshest herbs and vegetables. We source locally where possible and endeavour to buy from local producers. During the recent Lilydale Show we were named Sausage Champion, taking first place for our Chicken Cheese and Asparagus sausage and third for our Souvlaki Lamb Sausage. Our Gervasoni Bullboar is listed on the Slow Food Ark of Taste (the endangered food of the world). We draw our our inspiration around the world, from real flavours,and from traditional recipes. We take great pride in our products and hope that you enjoy them.
