We just turned 1! Can you believe THAT turned into THIS? It feels like forever ago that we were bashing down walls and shipping in bricks (yes, bricks really do matter). We hooked up the first beer line, waaay before the bar was finished, just so we could sit down after every long, sweaty day and admire our handiwork with a cold one. Oh, and repayment in beer for friends and family labour is totally a thing. But we can't really say thank you enough. Every day we get to serve up awesome folk with food that feels good in the belly and liquid that goes down oh so well. Its the first year that can make or break a bar. And you, showing up for another brisket or lamb shoulder, have truly made us. For that, you are our most favourite humans. Here's to many more reckless nights. Cheers. #dirtymoes
