Today we booked our last available Saturday appointment in February! Saturdays fill up fast, so if you have a deadline to meet, it's important you contact us at least a month before that date. This allows us to meet with you to "plan" your photo shoot, capture you and have your product ready in time. With weddings we ideally like to meet you 3 months beforehand. We are looking forward to creating many more beautiful wedding, anniversary and birthday gifts this year!

I think it's safe to say Kim enjoyed her time here. It was so lovely to get a message from her in the new year letting us know that her husband said it was the best present she had ever given him. "Being 50 and always self conscious, this was something so far out of my comfort zone that there are no words. I have no idea how to describe the feeling that the girls at Miss Monroe give you ... from the lovely Jenny who did my hair and make up so beautifully (and with lots of friendly chatter!) to the absolutely gorgeous Maree who not only took photos that amazed me - but climbed ladders to take photos, did up hooks, buttoned up suspenders and made me feel so comfortable. Jenny was there throughout fixing hair and helping with the hooking. You guys are more than awesome and I will recommend you far and wide. Congratulations on your new venue and on the absolutely personal way you treat your clients. If you are considering a photo shoot - there is NO better place to be, but with these lovely ladies. I wish there was a 10 out of 5! Thank you girls, so much".

A very different day in the studio today and just too cute not to share! Among all our Christmas pick ups, we have had a number of furry models visit us to feature in a new led harness campaign we have been shooting for the companies American Launch. We intentionally saved these guys until last, all ready for our Christmas break carpet cleaning!

I think it's safe to say that our Superstar "Amber" who we were fundraising for all weekend had THE most fun at her session out of everyone. I always enjoy photographing her, despite so many challenges and hurdles in her way she is charismatic, energetic, entertaining and overly animated which is just perfect in photos.... even if it is on her terms and I follow her all around the studio instead of her following me. An absolute huge thank you to all the families who came along for the weekend and supported this local family in desperate need of this dog to keep Amber safe. All of us here at Miss Monroe are very proud to say that we raised $550 to go towards Amber's Smart Pup (Austism Assistance Dog).

Our "Smart Pup For Amber" charity day has been a huge success, 4 families have been and gone and 2 more to come today, we are back at it all day again tomorrow and we have ONE session left!
