Kids up at the crack of dawn? #getshitdonefriday You cannot build a business if you have got crap boundaries. Mental, emotional, spiritual... Um around housework or... Around cleaning the cooker and oven. I have always hated doing it since a friend in Dublin was found by his flat mates dead after cleaning the oven, not washing it out properly then cooking pizza in it. (Happy ending, he got taken to hospital and is alive and well). I guess what I'm trying to say is ..if you are up at the early darkest part of the day, make use of the time, tackle the oven with non toxic products bicarb, vinegar and essential oils ... You will feel heaps better going into the day
