We have been cooking up a storm since 1960. Papa Antonio with wife Mamma Rosa immigrated from Nicastro Calabria to Australia where they opened their first pizza in Cronulla,Sydney,NSW.
Mamma Rosa was a proud calabrese with a love and dedication to cooking, baking and eating! Everyone around mamma rosa was welcomed into our home and very well fed!
Papa Antonio is an amazing pasticciere with years of experience and passion for what he does.
Fury has followed His parents path in working with food and hospitality as he has with the love of food.
In dedication to the late Mamma Rosa, we have named our Trattoria after her, we hope when you come in you feel at home at Mamma Rosa and enjoy our home style cooking.
We pride ourselves on serving great traditional Italian food as well as giving you service with a smile.

Antonio's son Fiorino (Fury) and his wife Beverley now do Functions, Events and Venues. Bev and Fury will work with you to develop the perfect menu for any function.

In the past 7 days I have travelled by car 1500 klms, plus 4 flights and 3 states for work and also to see family. Have had a great trip and up 5.30am and up late. I am thankful to have been introduced to these wonderful vitamins Juice Plus which have given me the natural goodness and vitality for stamina, health and energy. I would love to share with anyone who needs more energy and has a busy schedule like mine, these are amazing.
