Hey there BBQ fans. Sorry we've been a bit quiet on social media lately. I can assure you we've been anything but quiet behind the scenes. On the weekend just gone, we competed in our second ever BBQ competition, at The Kangaroo Valley BBQ Competition. Here are some pictures of our setup at the event, and our competition entries. The categories were Chicken, Ribs, Lamb and Brisket. This was a hard fought event, with many of the country's best BBQ teams in attendance. We managed to score 4th in the ribs category, and 6th in the lamb. Couldn't have done this without help from teammates David @ Mark. I would also like to acknowledge support from our new sponsors Black Bear Trailer Hire, who generously lent us the awesome Radar Hill Smokers trailer for the weekend. Also, our new meat sponsor More than Meat Miranda. This is a fantastic Shire based business and Steve has been only too keen to help us out. More exciting things coming up. Stay tuned!

Wow. Speechless to say the least. It's been a hectic, tiring but rewarding weekend. Bangalow BBQ & Bluegrass Festival was our first ever comp. Would've been happy not to come last. Instead, we got 2 call ups. 4th for ribs, and 3rd for Brisket. I'm absolutely blown away. Couldn't have done it without Kent. And Leanne and Kate for giving us leave passes! Dead dog tired. Time to celebrate, and then get home.
