I recently purchased a vintage Omega200m through them and could not be happier with not only the watch itself, but also the entire purchase process. From my initial enquiry through the Chrono24 website, through Lynn personally calling and answering my questions, they were professional and prompt. I bombarded Lynn with many questions as well as requests for measurements and photos, all of which she answered, supplied, and helped immediately. The watch arrived very fast, packed in two layers of bubble wrap, inside a wooden box lined with foam soundproofing and itself wrapped in bubblewrap. In other words: Safe and Sound. The watch had been cleaned, serviced and the bracelet adjusted as per my request. The cleaning is one of the best I have seen as they managed to remove dirt and scratches whilst retaining the individual patina and character that we vintage watch collectors are so fussy about. This will not be my last dealing with The Watch Culture - in one smooth transaction they have made me a loyal customer and I am 100% confident in recommending their service to anyone looking to purchase a unique timepiece.
