This weeks special is a very special cheese indeed. Port Salut celebrates its 200th anniversary this year. Developed in 1816 by Trappist monks at the Abbaye du Port du Salut in Entrammes in the Loire Valley. This beautiful creamy cheese has a sweet and mild flavour that everybody will love.
