New Years resolutions! The best way to fail you're goals.. If your not ready. People get so excited on New Years after a couple of drinks and think they can take on the world without any proper goal setting. So if you're not all talk and really do want to succeed try these five tips. 1. Write your goals down! You have a 50% chance of succeeding compared to people that don't write them down. 2. Have long and short term goals. Most people blow out after hitting there short term goals. 3. Is it realistic? Time and time again people will go insane with fad diets and cleanses to hit there goals which are not maintainable in the future. 4. Create a weekly planner with your exercise and nutrition and just do it. 5. Tell everyone! Heck bring along a friend to your group training. Set goals together and keep each other accountable. Do this and you can't fail.

Having a strong support network is the key to any persons success. Ensuring that you surround yourself with people on the same path as you is one of the most important factors in fat loss. Having a family member or friend sabotage your goals is no excuse. People do get jealous of success and will intentionally disrupt your momentum just because they are not open or do not have goals. If you are open about your goals you will have the whole world keeping you accountable. Help yourself and others by inviting the slackers to group training, help them understand their macros and set goals together.
