Compass HSC English will help you achieve the HSC english result you deserve.
English across Years 9 – 12 require very different approaches.
At Compass HSC English Specialists we designed programs that will assist students with the underpinnings of the English syllabus as well as guiding them to be able to write in a sophisticated way.
Year 9 classes develop their abilities to complete the NAPLAN tasks well; developing their literacy development.
In Year 10 students must continue to develop their spelling, grammar, reading, writing and comprehension.
Year 11 classes provide students with the skills required for the HSC course. Materials and concepts are designed to provide students with all that is required to start the HSC course with strength.
Year 12 classes are designed to cover the Area of Study course. This is the common course across the Advanced and Standard courses. Holiday programs are designed to cover specific modules and texts across the English courses with students studying the texts. This creates a learning community and develops learning outcomes.
All tutors are current HSC English teachers and markers, with up to date understanding of the HSC courses.
