A brilliant 'Mediterranean Sea' inspired Spring afternoon lunch: Cozze Con Aqua Pazza (Mussels with Crazy Water) 2KG Mussels purchased from White Fisheries​ 500 grams cherry tomatoes, halved from Lonsdale Tomato Farm​ ¼ cup basil, roughly chopped ½ cup parsley, roughly chopped 1 clove garlic, sliced 2 shallots, diced 1 cup dry white wine ¼ cup olive oil from Manzanillo Grove Olive Oil 3 Tbs Red Wine Vinegar 1 loaf Sour Dough to serve from Napona​ Soak shallots and garlic in vinegar and oil for 5 minutes Cut cherry tomatoes in half and mix with parsley and basil, season with salt and pepper De-beard Mussels Heat large pot on stove, once hot add mussels and stir. Add white wine and place lid on top for 2 minutes Add tomatoes and herb mix, place lid back on for another 3 minutes Stir through onion and garlic mix, take off stove add fresh basil and serve Matched Wine Banks Road Vineyard – 2015 Pinot Gris

You will be the smiling face and first point of contact of our business, so it is imperative that you possess the following qualities: • Have a bright and friendly personality • Have a fantastic phone manner • Have a neat and professional appearance • Be punctual and reliable • Have the ability to communicate well with others To put you in front of the pack, we would also love to find someone with some Real Estate experience, has used Console software, and holds a current Agents Representative Certificate. Above all though, we need someone with a can-do attitude! Your duties will include: • Answering, forwarding and taking messages for our bustling office • Meet and greet visitors in a professional manner • Ensuring the meeting rooms and office are presentable • Liaising and assisting with Property Management department • Data Entry, mail/post control, filing and other general office administration duties Work Hours: • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday- 9.00am to 5.30pm • Saturday 9.00am to 2.00pm This is initially a 6-12 month maternity leave position, however dependent on business growth and your performance you may then be offered a permanent position.
