We are proud to take our name from the great Himalayan Mountain range that passes through Nepal and the Gurkhas military units from the Indian and British army whose members are recruited from Nepal. Gurkhas are known for their courage, loyalty and physical strength.
It is our pleasure to offer you our fine food from Nepal. We do this with pride trusting that you will enjoy the experience. Due to the cultural and geographical diversity of this beautiful country our food is influenced by a variety of ethnic groups. Our talented chefs have borrowed flavours from Newar, Rai, Limbu and Thakali people (to name a few).
