Another day on the phone to energex, new paperwork lodged and our ten business days for connection starts all over again 😩😩

So with our 10 business day turn around for energex to connect us up approaching, I decide to phone up and check on the progress. Two hours and six different operators later I am told that the paperwork has not been processed properly and we may have another 10 business days to wait!!! Why is everything so hard 😡😡😡
