We're excited to announce the arrival of our new Restaurant Manager, Charity Waltenbaugh. Charity is the former Director of Operations of Acadia - a 2 Michelin star restaurant in Chicago, Illinois and the former Assistant General Service Manager of Spago at the Four Seasons Resort Maui, by Wolfgang Puck. Charity brings 25 years of experience to the HVR - Hardy's Verandah Restaurant team. With a passion and excitement for food, wine and most of all, hospitality, she is also a certified sommelier.
