This program includes training not only in the art of Muay Thai Kickboxing but also in fitness. Adults classes assist with improving musclular strength and tone, flexibility, cardiovascular work outs and not to mention relieving stress. CFTA Martial Arts prides itself in having the best quality instructors and students who train in Thailand regularly, but most importantly still maintaining that friendly environment in which the goals of each individual member are met. Adults classes are available for beginners all the way up to Advanced with a variety of specialty and advanced programs also available.
At CFTA's Muay Thai we believe it is never  too late to start! We have many great classes available including our family program in which mums and dads, even grandparents can train with their kids - be great role models for your children and have even more fun than the kids while doing so!
Martial Arts like Muay Thai Kickboxing which involve all major muscle groups in the body can be one of the best ways to work out, improve core strength and flexibility and provide the energy to enjoy life.

No coffee, tea, alcohol, or juice! “If there is magic on this planet, it is contained in water.” - Loren Eiseley Want your mind to be totally blown? Look up Dr. Masaru Emoto’s research on water! You’ll never look at water the same way again. We all know that drinking water is good for us, yet far too many people are walking around dehydrated! This shows up in so many ways from dry skin, to headaches, to lack of concentration, to fatigue and joint pain… (and this is just the beginning). Basically, everything in your body is able to function better when you’re hydrated. Now only that, but EVERYTHING gets better when you’re hydrated… it will: Help you to maintain a healthy body weight Boost your energy Help with digestion Improve the quality of your skin Help your immune system to function optimally Help prevent depression Help you get rid of toxins in your body Your challenge this week is to drink NOTHING BUT WATER! No coffee, no tea (except herbal), no juices, and no alcohol! Basically nothing liquid except water ☺ Let’s get back to basics this week and take a break from caffeine and the excess sugars that we’re drinking. Let’s stop flooding it with acidic coffee in the morning and swap it for a big glass of water with lemon instead. Keep a water bottle with you throughout the day every day this week. Your goal is to drink at least half your body weight in ounces. (Water that you drink during your workouts does not count!) Are you up for our water-only challenge this week? If you're anxious or doubting yourself or you don't believe in yourself 100% try this out... *** Step 1: *** Isolate what you're afraid of and get clear on it. Do you think you can't achieve your goals? Do you feel like giving up? *** Step 2: *** Listen to the negative "chatter" in your head. In the back of your head, you're probably hearing things like... "Who are you to even try?" "Just give up." "You think you deserve to accomplish that?" This happens to the best of us. Don't worry, just move on to step 3. *** Step 3: The "Secret" *** Switch up the chatter, and form it into a POSITIVE "what if" question... For example: "What if I deserve to accomplish this?" "What if I really do have what it takes to succeed?" "What if people really do like me?" "What if I'm stronger than I think?" It can be a VERY POWERFUL exercise. WEIRD Body Toning Tip Some people join our Kickboxing classes to slim down. I can't blame'em... it's a great workout. But the truth is, the best workout in the world can't help... Overeating. Hey, we all do it from time to time ;-). Sometimes you just can't help yourself. But for some of us, it's really an issue. So if you have trouble putting that fork down, try this WEIRD tip... When you logically know you've eaten enough to get you full... but your body is just SCREAMING for another bite... Go brush your teeth with MINTY toothpaste! This does two things: 1. Food doesn't taste great when toothpaste is lingering on your taste buds. You won't WANT to eat any more. 2. The sweet, minty flavor actually sends a signal to your brain letting it know the meal's over. You'll start to feel full. Try it out and see for yourself. It's weird, but it works.
