Personal Training:

Making the decision to appoint a personal trainer is a very serious step to achieving the healthy body and lifestyle you have always desired. It creates an accountability, which helps you commit to a routine to improve yourself physically, mentally and emotionally.
Personal training with Compass involves a session with just you and your trainer. This enables our trainers to focus all their attention and expertise on you, ensuring that you carry out your program correctly to prevent injury and gain the maximum benefit and fastest results from each exercise.

We provide you with:

-   45 minute or 60 minute Personal Training sessions for one or two     people.

-   Ongoing workout programs tailored specifically for your needs.
-   Venue flexibility. Depending on your goals and fitness level we can train in our home PT studio located in Caroline Springs, in your own home, or a nearby park or reserve.
-   Nutritional evaluations and guidance to coincide with your new healthy lifestyle.
-   Discounts on Compass Boot Camps.


Boot Camps:

Compass Boot Camps are innovative and are designed to increase core strength and stability, improve cardiovascular health and to tone and tighten your body, FAST!
Our boot camps are an 8 week program made up of two compulsory, 1hr sessions per week as well as an optional third workout for 4 of the 8 weeks. A total of 20 sessions.

-   Compass Boot Camps are fun! We approach the sessions with a fun attitude and encourage all participants to do the same. Have a great time and make new friends while you achieve your fitness and weight-loss goals. We train inside and out, meeting at various locations around Melbourne.

-   Compass Boot Camps are for beginner to advanced fitness levels. As long as you have no complications from injury or illness, we promise you will survive! We will place you into different groups to cater for your individual fitness level. The fitness improvements and gains you will see will amaze you!

-   Compass Boot Camps will change the shape of your body! Fat loss, better muscle tone and increased strength are guaranteed! For all of your hard work you can expect to see some great changes in your physique. You will see results!
