This unique design and special displacement of the weight being off center from the handle gives the Kettlebell a one up over any other piece of fitness equipment you will find in your gym, this simple yet genius design allows the Kettlebell to be swung and or flipped during ballistic movements, say like in a Kettlebell swing. But wait there's more, not only can the Kettlebell be swung and flipped it can also do anything your more traditional dumbbell or barbell can do as well. Boasting a vast variety of options and exercises the Kettlebell allows us to combine resistance training with cardiovascular conditioning all in one session, the versatility of the Kettlebell defiantly sets it apart from your average dumbbell or barbell. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength or anything in between the possibilities is endless and boredom will never be a problem again. Below I have created a Kettlebell flow circuit you can try for yourself! Do your right side first then do your left. As the name above suggests it is a flow circuit meaning all movements flow into the next in a very smooth transition from one exercise to the next always keeping the momentum going through the whole set . Find a weight you feel comfortable with and begin THE WORKOUT ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 Dynamic (swinging) kettlebell cleans 5 Single arm overhead press 5 Rack position squats 5 Single arm Kettlebell swings ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Repeat on the other side perform 3 sets each side
