Moreton Bay Regional Council (MBRC) recently facilitated a school-based workshop on supporting community park proposals of year 7 Geography students at Caboolture State Highschool. Students collaborated with the MBRC team – led by Wes Mortensen, Moreton Bay Council Principal Strategic Planner, and Adam Hain, Division 3 Councillor – to map out a range of park designs, based on the social, economic and health benefits of a range of park features! AILA was able to proudly provide colouring books for a student colouring competition - congratulations to the winners :)
