Jimmy Rod’s Barber Shop History

The first Jimmy Rod’s Barber Shop opened its doors at Oxley in 2003 and quickly gained  a reputation for being a professional, well priced and traditional men’s barber shop.

In 2007 Jimmy Rod’s opened it’s second shop at The Gap and within a year had doubled in size after opening a third shop at Calamvale in 2008.  12 months later Jimmy Rod opened its doors at The Barracks on Petrie Terrace which has quickly become one of the citys leading traditional yet contemporary Barber Shops.

Today the Jimmy Rod’s brand has grown to become seven popular Barber Shops in prime locations throughout Brisbane.  On 1st June 2011 the Brisbane CBD shop opened its doors which is set to become Brisbane’s premier barber shop for the modern aged gentlemen.  Here you can play PS3 while you wait or watch your choice of podcast on Apple TV.  We look forward to catching up with you soon!
