Fernwood Beverly Hills is a 24 hour access club, operating since February 2005, Fernwood Beverly Hills is a spacious club offering separate areas for cardio, weights, spin classes and personal training. We also offer weight loss consultations and over 50 group fitness classes per week, including body pump, pilates and yoga. Child-minding facilities and a sauna is also available for members. Beverly Hills is an award winning club, having been named Personal Training Club of the Year 2006 and Franchisee of the Year 2007.

"The biggest thing I've learnt is how to eat properly and I've increased my training to 5-6 days and stayed pretty consistent with it which is huge for me as before the challenge I would only train 2-4 times a week and I wouldn't make it a priority but now I can feel my fitness is improving and I'm really enjoying working out and setting new personal best. 😄 I've gone down a dress size and I'm starting to feel more confident in my body. Meditation fact: The mantra: Om Om is said to be the first sound heard at the creation of the universe. When each syllable is pronounced fully, you should feel the energy of the sound lifting from your pelvic floor all the way up through the crown of your head. The droning sound of the Om is said to unblock the throat chakra, which can lead to more attuned communication with others. Our next Meditation class with Kathleen is on 16th January at 11:20am!
