Fluro Friday

headspace Bentleigh will be at Fluro Friday tomorrow at Mentone Lifesaving Club. The weather forecast is looking great for tomorrow, so join us there for a BBQ, some Beach Yoga, Yai Chi or have a go on a Surf Ski or Stand Up Paddleboard. Wear something fluro to draw attention to mental health and 'make the invisible visible'.

Happy headspace day and mental health week everyone. We kicked off the week by teaming up with headspace Elsternwick to put on a free comedy night on Sunday. Thanks to our fantastic comedians, Yourh Advisory Committee volunteers, sponsors, fundraisers and everyone who came along on the night.
