Time has changed for Wednesday Women's Boxing Class. New time is 5:00-5:45pm Bring along a friend and all it will cost them is $5 for first visit GET FIT GET STRONG!
Contender classes 4:30pm kids class 5:30pm basic boxing Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Class 6:00pm Boxing intermediate class 6:30pm Muay Thai 7:30 boxing skills
Kids boxing classes still on from 430-500pm Then the $5 class is next from 5-530

Thanks to everyone that attended the kids boxing classes there were zero sad faces between 5-530pm. Active kids = Happy Kids It's on again today. $5 for 30 minutes of exciting boxing training from 5-530pm The usual 430-5pm class is still on. All you have to bring is the right attitude shorts and tshirt wear some comfortable sneakers. It's a great safe and fun environment. Hope to see all later. #Activekids #Equals #Happykids Cheers
