It is with the saddest of hearts that i write this post... Very recently we held a fundraiser to raise money for a very inspirational little boy. A few days ago, on the 12th of January, we learned that our beautiful little inspiration, unfortunately had lost his battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. That brave little soldier fought his battle so well and was (& still is!!) a lot of people's inspiration on a daily basis. Our hearts have shattered into millions of pieces and our biggest condolences go out to Kara & Richard Nell and their beautiful family. No words that anyone ever writes will take away the pain that you are all experiencing, but I really hope that you find some comfort from them. EDIT: WE HAVE CLOSED FOR THE DAY!! We still have no power in our shop so we unfortunately have to shut our doors for the whole day 😭😭😭 We will re-open our doors tomorrow morning at 6am! Thanks for your understanding xx Due to the estimated restoration time being changed from 11am to 2pm we have decided to close out doors until 4pm this afternoon. We are sorry for any inconvenience caused but think it's the best option for us today! Unfortunately the whole of Bassendean is without power at the moment! We have stayed open but cannot make any coffee or hot food right now! On the positive, our fridge is fully stocked...
