MEET THE TEAM! Introducing Stacey Delich - Trainer " I like to think of myself as a happy go lucky type person. I always like to see the positive of every situation. So I think having this kind of attitude has shaped the type of personal trainer I am today. Getting my Certificate in 2015, I've used this last year and a half to try my hand at all types of training. I've ran bootcamps for the past year and absolutely LOVE group training. Mingling with a group of vast personalities, fitness levels and people of all ages has really shown me how different people can come together to achieve the same goal and have a fun time doing it. This atmosphere is what gets me so excited to work at F45 Bassendean. Im ready to share my passion and excitment for exercise with my new F45 family." Bring on 2017!

MEET THE TEAM! Introducing Jamee Roads - Studio Manager Depression, lack of self confidence and a feeling of failure is what I felt at a young age, that’s when I was overweight and bullied in school. With the fear of high school just around the corner I made a decision to turn my life around. I started exercising and eating well, I have never looked back. I now love to share the experience that a healthy body brings mentally, physically and spiritually. Needless to say with a new found confidence and new friends I graduated high school with fond memories. I went straight to Tafe to study Cert 3 and 4 in Fitness. I have worked with some amazing and motivating people, and had the amazing opportunity to gain the skills and knowledge in my career to assist people with their goals and help them reach new limits as well as having Management experience running successful gyms. With the discovery of F45 Training I felt the group training in a team environment was the way to go to hit your goals and help develop yourself and let your body be the best that it can be. I truly believe the F45 style of training will help transform your life if you are willing and let us help motivate you. I cannot wait to bring F45 Training to Bassendean and meet all of you.
