Another piece of brilliance from Simon Sinek. This exert from an interview should be watched by all. It particularly hits home for me at the moment with a 13, 11 and 7 year old daughter. In addition as an ex teacher who experienced "outcomes based education" the conversation really hits the nail on the head!! I believe this explanation also dovetails into another TED talk I have shared before on happiness.
