The 8 best players have been decided, who will compete in the club championship. This is based on the total scores over our 4 long time frame tournaments.

Nathan and Dean were our joint winners of this event. Well done guys, and the next event is Lightning 3: 7 rounds of 5-minute chess on 20 Sept.
Wyndham City Junior Chess Tournament 2016
The Wyndham City Council is running its annual chess tournament in November, and registrations open today! This is FREE, so I would recommend registering soon to avoid disappointment. Please see our page for further details. It would be great for our younger members (or non-members) aged 6-13 to attend. The Tournament will be held on Friday 18 November at 6pm-9pm, at the Wyndham Civic Centre, 45 Princes Hwy, Werribee.
