Your turnaround and shipping guide for the Christmas season!... ● All of our products are engraved or printed right here in Australia! We create everything ourselves in our workshop, and don't have anything sent away or brought it from overseas. ● Our turnaround time is incredibly speedy! All orders placed before 1pm are engraved and shipped out same business day, and any orders placed after 1pm are made and shipped out next business day. ● Orders are sent from Albury NSW and delivery time depends on your location, however as a general rule, your order should arrive within 7 business days no matter your location. ● If you won't be home to receive your parcel and have a safe place it can be left, provide us with Authority to Leave when you place your order. This ensures there's no time delays in having to reorganise delivery or pick up your parcel from the depot.
