Meat is packed as ordered by you to suit the number of people being catered for.

Half (1/2) - 90-120kg carcass weight
Meat is packed as ordered by you to suit the number of people being catered for.

Quarter (1/4) - 45-60kg carcass weight
Meat is packed for 2. Cuts received Eye Fillet, Porterhouse, Rump,       T-Bone, Scotch Fillet, BBQ Steaks, Topside Roast, Blade Roast, Stir Fry, Stew, Mince, Corned Silverside, Sausages, Spare Ribs and Soup Bones.

Some customers choose to find a friend or family member to share with reducing cost, quantity and making storage easier.

Delivery outside the Albury/Wodonga area can be arranged at an additional cost and we would be happy to discuss this further.
