The Master Guild of Window Cleaners - Resources for cleaning professionals.
http://mgwc.org/wp/ MGWC had its first Board meeting yesterday. A very successful and productive afternoon.
Dear members, It has come to our attention that a rumour is being pedalled by nonmembers on Facebook that the Master Guild of Window Cleaners is 'shutting down'. This is far from the truth. Now that we have a Board for the Guild and the MGWC belongs to its members, it has been necessary to close the 'Ltd' status of what was the previous legal structure to a new legal structure where appointed officers of the Guild become 'members' rather than Directors. This offers the same liability protection as a Director/Ltd business for the team looking after the day to day running and legal responsibilities of our Guild. The Board will be holding its first 'big' meeting on 31/5/16 2pm-5pm in Leicester to finalise this transition amongst other Guild business. On a lighter note, 31/5/16 meeting will be discussing, training, member benefits and we will also be discussing the setting up of committees. We will be reaching out to other members regards these committees at a later date. Any questions please email me or Richard Clues.
