Over 5 years of catering experience, a diploma from St. Pius Culinary Institute Montreal and love for good tasting healthy food, Chef Mini has won in 2014 gold medal in Montreal's Cooking Olympics, bronze medal in Quebec's Cooking Olympics, and 2nd place in Taste Canada Cooks the Books.
